SHIPPING: If m2cmobile.com ("we") has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

You properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card, PayPal account, or other online payment tools posted on our website when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order or by calling 1-888-416-0004, 001-888-407-3111. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund (except for certain items described below) or exchange if you return it back to China Shipping centre or Canada head office customer service department within 3 days after you receive it in its original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). Your electronic invoice is required for both in-office and mail returns. In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product you returned is not defective after testing, we will charge you 20% re-stocking fee.
We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.

Exchanging or Returning Products Purchased Online
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product by mail or in-office. Please follow the steps below for returning and exchange.
1. Contact us by phone, email or online help on our website up to 48 hours after you receive the package, talk to the customer service representatives your issue. If the product was defective, you might be required to provide pictures or video to prove the issue.
2. Please download and fill out 'MTCnet Inc. Item Return Form' hereinafter called 'IRF'. Pack the IRF with the return item. IMPORTANT: Package returned without an IRF will be refused. Click here to download and fill out 'MTCnet Inc. item return form'. If you bought item from our eBay stores, please go to return section of description of any items in the store to download IRF.
3. For your convenience, we accept returns by mail or drop-in-office. IMPORTANT: Return the item to us in 3 days after you received the package. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you received it, with all manuals, accessories, and in original box.
Refund and Exchange Conditions:
- We would be pleased to exchange or refund you on most items you buy on our website, if you ship the item to our Canada head office up to 3 days after your receive the item. After 3-day return or exchange will be refused and ship back to you on your cost.
- Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
- If the product you returned is non-defective after testing (we will provide you all the testing video and pictures), we will charge you 20% of item price as re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.
- If the product you want to exchange is non-defective after testing (we will provide you all the testing video and pictures), we will charge you 10% of item price as exchange fee.
- If the product you return is proven defective, we will give you full refund or exchange with no-fee.
- The re-ship cost for exchange will be charged on you no matter the item is defective or not.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Delivery is subject to shipping centers availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration.
