How can I place order?

• First, you need to register an account. Please click ‘My account’ located up right of the web pages. Click ‘New account’ button, and follow the instruction to register an account. And then please log in your account.
• Open any item you are interested in, click ‘Add to CART’. Click ‘Check out’ to pay the items.

What currencies are your prices in?

• We mark all the products in American Dollar and Canadian Dollar. Please click either Canadian or American national flag which located on the top of web pages to switch currency.

How I can pay the items?

• There are two different payment methods we accept on the website. Credit cards or PayPal. Please choose the payment method while you check out.

Can you ship my orders other than billing address?

• No, we do not ship any items to the shipping address which is different between the billing address no matter what you pay items by credit or PayPal.
• If you need to ship the item other than billing address, please pay it by bank wire transfer. Please contact us to get the wire transfer information.

What countries you do not ship to?

• If you pay items by credit card, we DO NOT ship the items to the countries of Africa, South Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe.
• If you pay items by PayPal We DO NOT ship the items to the countries of Africa, South Asia.
• If you pay items by bank wire transfer, we ship items to anywhere in the world.

Where are you shipping my order from, do I need pay duties?

• We ship most of the items from China, or HongKong.
• We ship Japanese phones from Japan, or China.
• We ship the New-launch models from Canada or USA.
• There are no duties in USA and Canada.
• You will pay the duties if the package been holding by the customs in your country. Different country has different policy for the import tax or duties. Please contact us to help you to reduce the duties.

How many days will it take to deliver my place?

• It takes 2-3 days to process your order for the regular phones, 8-10 days for the Japanese phones, 10-30 days for the specific item or pre-order which we will notice on the website.
• It takes 3-5 business days shipping by TNT, 5-7 business days by EMS.

How to return or exchange my item?

• Please read 'Purchase and Service Terms', and follow the instruction to return or exchange your items.
